Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ExecuVision Business Magazine ("ExecuVision," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply to subscriptions, advertising packages, and other digital purchases made through our website and services.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid products and services offered by ExecuVision, including digital magazine subscriptions, newsletter memberships, and advertising or sponsorship packages. Where a specific order, invoice, or written agreement contains different terms, those terms will take precedence over this general policy.

2. Subscriptions

  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of that period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on the following basis:

  • 14-Day Window: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, provided the request is made in good faith.
  • Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused full months remaining.
  • Duplicate or Erroneous Charges: Charges resulting from a technical error or duplicate transaction are fully refundable.
  • Service Failure: If a paid service was not delivered as described, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund following review.

5. Advertising & Sponsorships

Advertising and sponsorship purchases are governed by the specific insertion order or agreement signed at the time of booking. Unless that agreement states otherwise:

  • Campaigns cancelled before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund less any production or setup costs already incurred.
  • Once a campaign or placement has gone live, fees for the delivered portion are non-refundable.
  • Custom content, design, and production work is non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the details in Section 8 with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account or order.
  • The order or invoice number and the date of purchase.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable except where required by law:

  • Free trials and promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription periods already consumed beyond the 14-day window.
  • One-time digital downloads or event tickets after access has been granted.
